Co-leader of Blink Intermediary Solutions, Zoe brings a wealth of marketing, product development, online development and general wholesale broking expertise from her former roles as a Senior Executive with the Intermediary Marketing Division of HSBC Insurance Brokers and formerly with a niche wholesale broker.
Co-leader of Blink Intermediary Solutions, there are few people better connected in the broking community than Steve, former Sales Director with HSBC Insurance Brokers, Intermediary Marketing Division. He brings extensive grass roots knowledge of the challenges brokers face, focusing on growing accounts and cultivating real relationships.
Stuart looks after the South East sales territory and has been with Blink Intermediary Solutions since the very start, having previously worked with many of the team at HSBC Insurance Brokers. Prior to that, Stuart worked for an insurer and has considerable commercial lines and general business development experience.
Amanda has been involved in the insurance industry for over 15 years’ most recently at an insurance premium finance provider. She brings vast experience in sales and service and is committed to building long-lasting relationships in the North East and Scotland.

Amit joins the team with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry starting his career in broking before moving into business development. He previous roles specialised in personal lines, more specifically non-standard insurance. Amit joined the team in 2022, working alongside Bill Broom looking after the Midlands West and Wales territory.
Sally has been with Blink Intermediary Solutions since 2013 and brings her forensic attention to detail to all things financial within the Division. Sally previously work at HSBC Insurance Brokers for over 25 years with many of team.
Nicky joined Blink Intermediary Solutions in 2016 with strong administrative and support-driven skills and is the smiley person at the end of the phone when you contact Blink HQ. Nicky provides support across the team specifically around agency, sales support, due diligence and compliance.
Georgia brought her marketing experience from a large retail broker and other B2B firms to Blink Intermediary Solutions in July 2021. She is passionate about raising Blink’s brand and promoting the wide array of products and facilities we can offer to our broker base.
Steve brings 30 years of commercial and personal lines insurance experience having worked for a broker, an MGA and an Insurer previously. He is committed to building lasting, value-driven relationships to the brokers he looks after in the North West.
