Did you choose the insurance profession or did it choose you?
It chose me – I was unemployed for six months after leaving school back in 1979 then my auntie got me an interview with Eagle Star in Sutton – the rest is history!
What is something that people are obsessed with but you just don’t get?
Facebook and Instagram – really!!
What is your biggest frustration with modern technology?
Everything has to be done now – remember the days of ‘it’s in the post’.
What do you do when you’re not working?
Fishing or golfing – the latter trying to play!
What was the last book you read or movie/box set you watched?
Really sad in the current climate – the Chernobyl disaster series!
