Both Personal and Commercial lines including Combined Commercial, Professional Indemnity, Fleets, SME.
How do you generate new business enquiries?
Networking, we are a member of our local BNI chapter and I have been a member of my local golf club for many years. As we have been trading for over 50 years, most of our enquiries are generated from recommendations from our existing clients.
What do you foresee as the biggest challenges at your brokerage?
The ever-decreasing number of insurers and time to deal with compliance.
How do you plan to grow in the coming year?
Organically by cross selling and upselling to our existing customers. Hopefully a lightbulb moment with a new multimillion-pound scheme!
What are your marketing plans this year?
We advertise at our local golf club and we will continue to do a good job for our clients so we keep getting the recommendations.
Which Blink products or services have been most beneficial to your business?
We try to support most products/providers, but our main ones are Trident, Markerstudy and Xpekt for personal lines, Instant have been very helpful on SME and Ian is very knowledgeable and ABACUS for property owners, Ben is a legend at such a young age.

A household scheme would really help and the multimillion pound scheme I mentioned above. But on a serious note they continue to support us with new and existing facilities as this is very much appreciated.
