What are the biggest challenges at your brokerage at the moment? The biggest challenge I think is compliance - completely necessary but time, manpower and knowledge as always is key.
How do you plan to grow in the coming year? Possibly a new member of staff to underwrite a scheme / binder that can be sub-brokered too.
What are your marketing plans this year? Various avenues are under discussion at the moment – watch this space….
Which Blink products or services have been most beneficial to your business? ABACUS – property owners, access to another fleet market and also Allied World products/appetite have been beneficial.
