In a short sentence, tell us what you do in your current role at Kindertons?
As Head of PI and Sales Support, I manage the personal injury team, the insurance products team and together we manage the relationships with our panel solicitors and insurers.
How would your work colleagues describe you in three words?
Supportive, knowledgeable and talkative!
What motivates you to work hard?
Knowing that what we do as a team makes a difference to our business partners and clients which then motivates us to look for further improvements / enhancements to our service.
You’re on a work night out at the local karaoke bar…what song are you singing?
Karaoke is a genuine fear of mine, but people will always add Dolly Parton, Working 9 to 5 to the play list for me! I am a huge Dolly Parton fan.
Where is your dream destination to live when you retire?
I do love Europe, but a small holding in the countryside sounds blissful. Ask me again in five years as I might just want a sun lounger somewhere warm and sunny!
If you could offer one piece of advice to someone just starting out in the industry, what would it be?
Be curious and listen to the people around you – you’ll be surprised at what you can learn and understand in a practical environment.
