In a short sentence, tell us what you do in your current role at Sparta?
My main role is dealing with the day to day running of Sparta on the support side answering all queries that our brokers may have.
How would your work colleagues describe you in three words? –
Hardworking, conscientious, team-player.
What motivates you to work hard?
Knowing that we are giving our brokers the best possible service when it comes to support.
You’re on a work night out at the local karaoke bar…what song are you singing?
Probably the last song as it will clear the room!!!
Where is your dream destination to live when you retire?
West of Ireland – Donegal in particular.
If you could offer one piece of advice to someone just starting out in the industry, what would it be?
Go into this industry with your eyes open wide and ask plenty of questions. Take all training opportunities that you can. Knowledge and understanding is key to a long and successful career.
What motivational quote most resonates with you?
‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.’
Finally, why is it a great time for brokers to consider a conversation with Sparta?
