Another day, another broker poll…
As you know, at BlinkIS we are all about introducing you to new insurance products that may be beneficial to you. We also want to ensure that we are delivering you the best service we can. We love coming to see you in person, but understand that the life of a broker can often be very busy. We wanted to find out what way you prefer to be contacted about new insurance products.
So, we took the question to LinkedIn! Last month we posed the question ‘How do you prefer to be contacted about new insurance products?

- WhatsApp | SMS
- Face to face
- Phone call
After two weeks of collecting your feedback, the results showed that:
64% of people prefer to be contacted via email, only 5% of people prefer to be contacted via WhatsApp | SMS.
17% of people prefer face to face visits and 14% would rather be contacted by telephone
