In a short sentence, tell us what you do in your current role at BlinkIS? I’m a Business Development Manager for Blink Intermediary Solutions.
How would your work colleagues describe you in three words? Gregarious, caring, hardworking
What motivates you to work hard? My family, it’s something that has always been instilled into me and I just want to make them proud.
You’re on a work night out at the local karaoke bar…what song are you singing?
I wouldn’t subject anyone to my singing, but if forced, it would be Top of the World by the Carpenters.
Where is your dream destination to live when you retire? Anywhere that is warm and sunny the majority of the year.
If you could offer one piece of advice to someone just starting out in the industry, what would it be? The insurance world is small, always treat people how you would like to be treated yourself.

Tell us an interesting fact about you…
I love music, I go to as many gigs as possible. My favourite band in the world is Oasis. They need to reform, as much as I love Liam Gallagher it just isn’t the same. My husband and I have seen Liam and Noel together on many occasions, we have both seen Oasis separately but we need to see them together to make our music life complete. My other go to is Paul Heaton, I have probably seen him 30 times although I missed out on The Housemartins as I am too young!
I coach junior cricket; I was brought up in a cricketing family and played for a time when I was young. I lost touch with it when I got to my teen years but was talked into being a coach’s assistant about 10 years ago. I’ve since done my level two and am a fully certified coach in my own right. My dad has coached for about 35 years, if I could be half the coach he is, I would be proud. It’s lovely to see kids that I coached in my first year playing the senior game, but it’s also great to look on every season to see how these young kids have improved, participated and enjoyed.
